Student House Govemtnent Association It Is the aim of the Student House Government Association of Carroll College to regulate all matters pertaining to the conduct and life of all students residing in Voorhees Hall; to co-operate In maintaining a high standard of scholarship; and to take care of various social functions throughout the year. Student government was instituted on the belief of the President and Trustees of Carroll College that it would develop char¬ acter, self-control and other characteristics essential to Christian womanhood.
