Echo The Echo, weekly publication of the students of Carroll College, is edited and managed by those students in the college who are interested in newspaper work and gifted along that line. The position of editor is chosen by the faculty and administration for ability at writing and organi¬ zation. This year the co-editors are Kathleen Ryhlick and Philip Smith. Also appointed by the col¬ lege is the business manager, an office held for 1937-38 by Grace Venable.
